Fossil Rim Wildlife Tour

Get a unique look into the conservation of endangered species! Only 7 spots available for this tour! 

This three-to-four-hour tour takes guests on a guided tour along our Gosdin Scenic Drive before a stop in our Intensive Management Area (IMA).

 In the IMA, you will get to see and learn about species not visible to our drive-through guests, like wolves and black rhinos.

This tour takes guests to areas of the park not normally accessible by guests. Due to the nature of the locations, behind-the-scenes tours are not ADA-accessible at this time.

Please bring plenty of water - this is an open air tour so please dress accordingly. 

We will meet in Plano and carpool to the Wildlife Center- about an hour and 45 minutes. 

The tour will be 9 am until around 1pm. We can go to the Overlook Cafe after the tour and then head back to Plano. 

Cost of ticket includes the private, behind the scenes tour and gas for carpool. I can take 4 with me and will need 1 more driver that can take at least 4. You will be given $60 cash for gas at the meeting place.
